The best bets this weekend include the iAM MUSIC festival in downtown Durango.

The festival will be here two Saturday shows at Durango Craft Spirits, 1120 Main Ave., Ste. 2.

Stillhouse Junkies will be joined by Taarka and Dana Ariel.

Durango’s Stillhouse Junkies are known for their mix of quirky roots, blues, funk and bluegrass. The three members of the group share the vocal and songwriting tasks.

Front Range-based Taarka is known for its eclectic sound, which combines acoustic and electric string orchestral music, with influences from bluegrass, gypsy jazz and more.

gives a modern twist to Gypsy and Eastern European folk music with their well-crafted songs and fiery instrumentals.

Dana Ariel from southwest Colorado won the iAM MUSIC school songwriting competition in 2020.

There will be two shows on Saturday: a morning show from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a late option from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets for the first show cost $ 10 general admission or $ 100 for a table of four or five. Tickets for late shows are typically $ 15, $ 125 for a table of four to five.
