The very first IVF and sexology center provides facilities for men and women to get rid of sexual problems and infertility problems with a success rate of 96%. And also destroys the mindset of ordinary people not to talk about it openly. Nowadays, studies have proven that most Indian men are concerned about “size” and “frequency”, but for women, it mainly depends on “quality” and “foreplay” as well as unwanted pregnancies .

For more than ten years I have been in this profession of helping people cure their sex related issues and lead a healthy life. It is inherited from my family as they have been doing it since 1926 when my great grandfather started it, the late Rajvaidya Chandrasen Jain. After that my grandfather late Rajvaidya Chandra Kumar Jain took it over and then he was sued by my father Dr AK Jain. I admire him above all else and cherish him beyond measure. So it’s not new to me.

What causes sexual weakness and disability?

There can be many reasons for this type of bullying, but usually people face it because of stress. In a modern world, many people are anxious because our lifestyles change over time. To reduce anxiety, people become addicted to smoking, alcohol, etc. The poor cannot even eat properly and say that sexual disabilities can occur for many reasons. But the patient can be cured with proper counseling and treatment.

How can a sexual disability lead to divorce?

A happy married life deeply depends on the sexual performance of the couple. It’s not the only reason to stay in a relationship, but the most important reason to be with someone for a long time. The couple facing him are too ashamed to express it and consult a doctor publicly. Many run into this after the consultation and they gradually become desperate. So this dissatisfaction brings anxiety over a long period, and the partners become unhappy with each other and eventually divorce.

How do you work to change the mentality of society towards sexual issues and education?

My suggestion to solve the problem permanently is that sex education should be taught in schools in foreign countries. Thus, the children will feel free to speak about it publicly without any hesitation. They will discuss sex-related issues with their parents, teachers, etc. And it will no longer remain a taboo in society.

Are there home remedies to improve sexual performance and live a healthy sex life?

Yoga can be a game changer in living a happy sex life. Exercising regularly will also help improve sexual performance alongside yoga. Both reduce stress after a day’s work. Certain freehand exercises at home like push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and squats naturally boost testosterone. And the practice will help you not to have an empty stomach because you will be forced to eat because you will be hungry after doing it, and the testosterone released by exercise will help to build muscle and gain mass in your body like your chest and shoulder. will get bigger and your sexual performance will be better.

Eating a good diet with all types of vitamins, minerals and protein is essential for living a healthy life. Some high-protein vegetables like spinach, broccoli, etc. You should have fruits like peach, orange and grapefruit in your meal all day. They are essential foods for growth and improved sexual performance.

Certain other types of food also help people avoid becoming infertile. Like honey, dates, figs, etc. are helpful in improving sexual performance. Hormonal imbalance can affect sex life. A low increase in testosterone is the reason why a person cannot satisfy his partner in bed. And his desire for sex also begins to decrease.

At the same time, dates help to increase sperm count and quality. Since ancient times, figs have been used to cure several sex related issues like fertility, erectile dysfunction etc. Black gram plays a vital role in the treatment of impotence, premature ejaculation and sperm thinness.

Sexual energy can be boosted by taking almonds. If cardamom (elaichi) is mixed with milk and added to the daily diet, it will greatly boost sexual potency.

A sexual problem is not an issue to hide in this modern era as most people face it due to various reasons. Some problems were cured with proper treatment in time. Some go through it and still haven’t found a way out and end up a mess. Before it’s too late, everyone should see a doctor for proper treatment in time. Dr. AK Jain clinic offers many therapies to cure all sex related issues for the rest of your life.
