Thor: Love and Thunder

Thor: Love and Thunder Star Tessa Thompson has confirmed that her character Valkyrie’s sexuality is a big talking point in the film. “Because I rightly think there is this real desire from the audience to see characters being very clearly queer or LGBTQIA inside of these spaces. And I think it’s extremely important to have representation,” said Thompson, who is bisexual. Yahoo! Entertainment.

“It becomes the only storyline, especially in a movie like this where, frankly, you don’t have a lot of room for the storyline,” Thompson says. “So there’s been a lot of talk about how to deal with that with Valkyrie.
